Shortly after I wrote this article, a friend told me that she had gone down this slippery slope. In fact, the very same week that I published this post, she began her downward spiral. She hadn't read my post. Within a few months, the disasters that played out in her home nearly destroyed her, her marriage, and her precious young children. When she finally came to me, we realized that I had written this warning at just the right time, but she had missed it. We both got chills.
